Sharon & Steve Gaston
Sharon & Steve started their Driver Education Training journey in 1999 and have been going strong for over 25 years. Completing the Ohio State Driver Training program they launched their first school in Mt. Vernon and quickly expanded into the Columbus area. With 14 locations and 24 cars, they grew into one of the largest driving schools in Central Ohio. They attribute the business success to their team of instructors who valued integrity and had a true passion for teaching. In 2012, they sold the schools and relocated to Arizona. After several years, Sharon and Steve's daughter Tiffany decided to carry on the family tradition and open driving schools in Arizona. Combining her passion for teaching and their background in curriculum and business operations, Arizona Driver Training was launched. Their schools currently serve the East Valley, Casa Grande, and Maricopa.

Tiffany Lewis
Tiffany has been part of the driver education field for over 25 years. In 2007, she became a licensed instructor, and the following year expanded her training as a remedial instructor. Over the years she has taught both teens and adults behind the wheel. She has developed a special focus assisting students on the autism spectrum succeed in their driving journey. Along with working as an instructor, she holds a CDL and has spent nearly five years as a school bus driver.
"Teaching driving is more than just a job for me—it’s about building confidence, teaching responsibility, and celebrating each milestone with my students. Watching them pass their final test is always a rewarding moment."
Teri & Ralph Spence
Teri studied art and design in Columbus, Ohio, and went on to work for a large company creating ad and layout designs. More recently, she has contributed to reviewing and editing the USA Drive Tech's online programs.
"I chose to get involved with this project because I believe it’s vital to prepare the next generation of drivers—especially my grandchildren and other young people—with the skills they need to stay safe on the road."
Ralph Spence, is a professional over-the-road truck driver who has his CDL. He has proudly maintained a spotless, accident-free career for 40+ years.
Zach & Davaun Hogan
Zach has his Bachelor's of Education from Ottawa University, and 4 years of classroom experience as an elementary teacher at a local school district in Queen Creek Arizona. He changed careers to Land Surveying/ Drafting, with 6 years in the profession. Zach helped with curriculum development for the online driver training program. He dedicated time studying driver education training, did ride-along sessions with certified driving instructors, and gleaned from in-class trainers' experiences. He also became a State Certified Driving Instructor through this process.
"During all my studying, ride-alongs, and preparation for this online experience, I have seen first hand the need for our program to be successful. As a father of future drivers, I want my kids to be prepared for any situation they could face while driving and to share the road with other competent drivers. My goal for our online students is to learn meaningful content, build confidence, and become life-long safe drivers.
Davaun has 10 years of experience in the medical field as a CT Technologist and recently transitioned to home to focus on raising her 4 children. She is an amazing wife, home maker, homeschools their children, and is an active participant in a local homeschool co-op. Her constant encouragement is a driving force to the success of the USA Drive Tech team.
